I took pictures of Zach yesterday and I can't believe I got great photos of him. He usually is a tough one to photograph. He moves too much, turns his back on me, and for some reason whenever I say the words "take a picture" it comes across to him as "Let's go berzerk!". This time, I was successful at catching him in between his being-silly moments, and I'm so happy with the results!
I caught two serious faces.
Of course, it wouldn't be Zach without his usual silly smile.
Then I caught another nice smile...
... after which he went super berzerk! So I tried my very best to distract him. I asked him to think of our trip to the carnival (we were taking the kids to the L.A. County Fair that afternoon) and to tell me what kind of rides he'd like to be in. I discovered that he thinks like this:
And he thought and thought some more... Then he thought of the roller coaster...
And gave me this photo - with a really loud, ear piercing scream!
All in all a successful picture taking session.
