but no matter how many times we put him back in his room, he still wouldn't fall asleep. He usually naps. Maybe he's finally outgrowing his naps, so we let him up.

This reminded me of other times we had found Zach sleeping in unusual places....
Like, on the floor by the doorway of his bedroom during the night --
in his bouncer when he was 5 months old --
and while sitting in a shopping cart (he was spared of a photo on that one). He surprised us each time.
