Holiday Photos

It was time to take holiday pictures. I set the kids up with some shiny (Mardi gras) bead necklaces to keep them entertained and hopefully cooperative while I took their pictures. They liked the beads so much they played with them, which I suppose is ok. At least I got the kids to stay in one spot. Except that they played more and more (they wouldn't even look at the camera anymore or smile for me) and played even more elaborately, setting up a bead necklace shop. It was getting out of hand....

It was just too much playing, riot and excitement in front of the tree that our tree wobbled and we all froze as we watched it slowly fall down. The ornaments fell off and it was a big mess.

Taking it lightly, it was really hilarious. Once the tree was back up, I tried to finish the session and went to my last resort... 3 M-and-Ms for each of them as long as they cooperate. And apparently I said the magic words. They were determined to get those M-and-Ms...

We hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season!
