A Week In Maine

What a summer full of family reunions! After coming back home from the Philippines, we were off again to Maine to see David's side of the family. It was nice to see Grandma and Pop-Pop and all the aunts, uncles and cousins. Alex and Zach were excited to see all the cousins: Cole, Jay, Leo and Day-Z dog. They were still very little the last time they saw Cole and Jay. Now they are old enough to actually play together. It was like having playdates everyday, all day!

Maine was beautiful as always. We had great weather and were able to go on trips and have the kids' much anticipated boat ride.

As expected, Alex and Zach didn't want to go home. Alex said she wants to be where the relatives are around everyday. She preferred her aunts over me that week, and that is just fine.
