Unfortunately, we only saw one pretty hummingbird and a split second glimpse of (possibly) a Cooper's hawk that quickly flew away. Is it possible that Alex's bright colorful shiny things scared the birds away?
She was in the mood for wearing so many accessories that day.
Despite our unsuccessful birding expedition, we still enjoyed the hike and Zach got to bring home a rock for his collection.
