Along the way, we had to stop by one of our favorite shops. It's such a cool place not only because they sell an interesting collection of eclectic things, but also for where it's situated.
Soon enough, we were at the Canadian border. It's always exciting to be entering another country, even if the country is not too long of a drive away.

At Saint Andrews we saw this huge and fancy yacht docked at the end of the boardwalk that everyone admired.

We stayed in a lovely hotel called the Rossmount Inn. At the back of the inn was a large kitchen garden where they get ingredients for their restaurant. We highly recommend dining there, by the way. They also had a nice uphill hiking path with great views of the ocean.

Then we visited Kingsbrae Garden, which has now become a favorite. We will have to take the kids there next time. I think they will love it, especially the area that has little houses and a castle to play in.

After a nice grown-up time in St. Andrews, we came back the next day to the kiddos...

... and enjoy more time in Maine,

... admiring Grandma's garden,
... and savoring the views. I wish I can take my morning coffee with this view everyday!

Thanks for the nice visit Grandma and Pop Pop. Until next year!
